This bathroom has a double shower and, like all the bathrooms in the house, has all the little luxuries you could wish for.

This is a wonderfully relaxing space, perfect for you to start your sun worshipping days. The pool, games room and pool bar are just a few footsteps away.

WEST "SUNSET" PATIO

111on11th is all about relaxing and soaking up the tranquil atmosphere that is all around the house.
There can be no better way to enjoy breakfast than sitting outside overlooking the sea and sniffing the breeze, whilst soaking up the sun.

LOUNGE

Like the rest of the house there is only good things to say about this the focal point for entertainment and relaxation.
The lounge has East, South and West exits onto the garden, outdoor patio and pool area respectively

The large patio has deckchairs and is very protected from the South Easter wind. Its focus is a large pool 8 x 4.5 meters with the sea and fynbos as a background.

A games room with many facilities borders the pool.
Storeroom and possible Jacuzzi complete the playing area

An optional extra of a PENTHOUSE type bedroom with mountain and sea views MAY be offered as extra accommodation at an extra rate.

A private gate and (to be) rebuilt pathway provides easy access to the beach within 50 paces.

A cultivated "fynbos" garden with plenty of trees will add privacy and wind protection to this WORLD CLASS VENUE.
